Team Petronas TVS Racing rider Abdul Wahid Tanveer clinched the overall title in the Rally of Coimbatore, the fourth round of the MRF MOGRIP FMSCI National Rally Championship for two wheelers, promoted by M/s Godspeed and organised by the Coimbatore Auto Sports Club, here on Sunday.

Tanveer continues to stay on top of the championship table.

The results (top three categories): Class 1: Abdul Wahid Tanveer (Petronas TVS Racing) 00:45:15, 2. Samuel Jacob (Petronas TVS Racing) 00:45:24, 3. R.E.Rajendra (Petronas TVS Racing) 00:45:51.

Class 2: 1. R. Nataraj (Mysuru) 00:47:35, 2. Sanjay Somashekar (Bengaluru) 00:48:35, 3. Sinan Francis (Kerala) 00:48:59.

Class 3: L. Nithyan (Coimbatore) 00:50:28, 2. L. Bharath (Bengaluru) 00:50:51, 3. Abdul Raheman (Shivamogga) 00:51:43.
